每一级都有明确的产出和验收，做完才进入下一级。一个完整周期通常在 8 到 16 周。 Each tier has a defined output and acceptance before the next begins. A full cycle typically runs 8 to 16 weeks.

什么才算"落地"What counts as landed
我们只在以下条件全部满足时，才把一个项目标记为落地。少一条，都还在半空。 We call an initiative landed only when all of the following are true. Miss one, and it is still in the air.
- 在生产环境运行，处理真实业务数据Runs in production on real business data
- 有明确的负责人和值守流程Has a named owner and an on-call routine
- 关键指标有基线、有目标，并被持续监控Key metrics have a baseline, a target and monitoring
- 出问题时有演练过的回退方案Has a rollback plan that has been rehearsed

我们相信落地是一门需要反复实验的手艺。每一种方案在推荐给客户之前，先在我们自己的环境里搭一遍、跑一遍、拆一遍。 We think implementation is a craft that has to be rehearsed. Before we recommend an approach, we build it, run it and break it in our own environment first.
